The City wants to inform residents that the Contact Centre operating hours for accounts and general inquiries will be adjusted during the festive season from 16 December 2024 to 6 January 2025. However, the Contact Centre’s 24/7 channels and services will remain open and available for all queries and complaints related to essential services.
The Contact Centre’s operating hours for accounts and general enquiries will be adjusted in line with historically lower call volumes in the evenings and over weekends during the festive season. The intention is to optimise resources and allocate these more effectively where it is most needed.
The following operating hours will be applicable from Monday, 16 December 2024 until Monday, 6 January 2025:
