Her renowned eatery, Siba: The Restaurant, located at the luxurious five-star Table Bay Hotel, has been named Africa’s Best Fine Dining Hotel Restaurant for the second consecutive year at the prestigious World Culinary Awards.
The award, which was announced at a glamorous gala in Dubai on 2 October, is a nod to Siba’s unwavering commitment to culinary excellence. Voted on by culinary professionals, media, and food lovers worldwide, this accolade speaks volumes about the experience Siba: The Restaurant offers.
Siba, full of gratitude, expressed her excitement, saying, "Family, we did it. South Africa, we did it. Africa, we did it!" She went on to acknowledge her team’s hard work, adding, "Our guests’ love and support is what made this win possible."
