Cape Town's iconic Two Oceans Marathon returns on 5-6 April 2025, transforming the city into a global running paradise. Over 30,000 athletes from 89 countries will conquer two breathtaking courses showcasing the Mother City's natural beauty.
The Ultimate Running Challenge
On Saturday 5 April, ultra-athletes embark on the "World's Most Beautiful Marathon" - a grueling 56km journey from Newlands past Muizenberg's colorful huts, Kalk Bay's fishing harbor, Chapman's Peak's coastal cliffs, and Constantia's vineyards before finishing at UCT with Table Mountain as their backdrop.
The Half Marathon on Sunday 6 April offers a 21.1km tour through leafy suburbs like Claremont and Wynberg, ending at UCT's rugby fields where runners will be greeted by cheering crowds.
